Upon establishing your talent profile and successfully completing our 8-step onboarding procedure, you become eligible for shift assignments. Once you have applied for an upcoming shift and it has been confirmed, you will have access to all the necessary details and requirements to fulfill that shift. On the day of the assignment, you can utilize our GPS Check In/Out feature to record your attendance and monitor your breaks.

Following the shift, you may be requested to participate in a post-shift survey aimed at providing us with insights on how the shift transpired and its key highlights. Your worked hours are automatically logged post-shift and seamlessly transferred to the invoicing system, streamlining our payroll operations without manual interference.

If you have any queries regarding your upcoming assignment, feel free to communicate with any team leaders directly through the app! The platform offers in-app messaging functionality, complemented by push notifications if opted for.
